From your front door to ours
Tell us your flight, accommodation and how many people and bags are coming. The day before a confirmed ride, we email your driver’s name, phone number and meeting instructions.
For a normal airport pickup, contact your driver when you’re ready to meet outside. Prefer a name-sign welcome inside the terminal? Arrange meet-and-greet in advance for an extra $25 total.
Need the return ride too? Book both airport journeys together, with a separate pickup time, fare and payment for each.
Your whole group is welcome
Enter everyone traveling, including children, plus your checked bags, cabin bags and any oversized items. For airport groups of 8–9 or 15–16, a separate vehicle carries overflow luggage at no extra charge.
Child seats are free. Request them at least three business days ahead, with your child’s age and size, so our team can confirm the actual seat arrangement.

Ask our teamA standard airport ride starts at $60 per passenger van for up to four occupants, plus $15 for each additional occupant through nine. We add 9% and round each van’s total to the nearest whole dollar. That makes the starting fare $65.
Gold Coast and everything farther north, including Malmok, Tierra del Sol and the northern tip, plus Savaneta, San Nicolas and Baby Beach, use a $120 base and $20 per extra occupant. The starting fare including 9% is $131. Give us the exact address to select the correct fare.
Groups of 10–16 are split as evenly as possible between two passenger vans, each priced separately. For example, 12 guests on a standard airport route use two vans for $196 total. A round trip is two separately priced rides, with no round-trip discount.
An island transfer takes your group from one agreed address to another. The fare depends on the zones and occupants in each van. A same-zone ride starts at $50 before the 9% addition, or $55 including it, for up to four occupants.
A return journey, waiting while you shop, or a series of stops is not part of a one-way fare. Book another ride or choose an hourly driver. Actual airport journeys use the airport fare table; Arikok National Park is excluded from island transfers.
The base rate is $125 per hour per passenger van for up to nine occupants, with two to twelve hours available online. Add 9%, rounded per van. Two hours costs $273 for one van; a group of 10–16 needs two vans, totaling $546 for two hours.
Your reserved time runs from the first pickup to the final drop-off. Waiting at your stops counts toward that time. Driver travel to the first pickup and home from the final drop-off does not.
This is a driving service, without a guided commentary. Extensions depend on availability and agreement: $125 per van for each started additional hour, as a final extra amount. Finishing early does not reduce the reserved fare.
Ordinary eligible rides more than 24 hours ahead are confirmed after you review the full fare, securely save your card and complete the booking. A price request or a saved card alone does not reserve a ride.
December 24, December 25, December 31 and January 1 require availability confirmation from our team within 24 hours. Each leg of a round trip has its own status. Your receipt and email make the status clear.
Transfers run from 6 am into the late evening by prior arrangement. Pickups after 10 pm need advance coordination. All booking times are local to Aruba.
Nothing is charged or held when your card is saved. Payment is due on the service day of each ride. Changes and cancellation are free until 60 minutes before that ride’s pickup; later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
If an airline cancels or reschedules your flight inside that final hour, let us know promptly. We can arrange a no-extra-charge reschedule of the affected airport ride; a last-minute cancellation is not eligible for a cash refund under the current policy. Earlier bookings retain their accepted terms.
If we cannot provide your agreed ride, you owe nothing and any payment for it is refunded in full.
Airport arrivals include an hour of waiting from the flight’s actual landing. At a hotel or island pickup, a guest who stays in contact has 30 minutes free waiting. Extra waiting costs $15 for each started half-hour.
If you neither appear nor respond at a hotel or island pickup, the driver may leave after 15 minutes and the ride may count as a no-show. Please keep in touch so the driver knows what is happening.
Please request free child seats at least three business days before travel and have the seat arrangement confirmed by our team. An ordinary ride confirmation does not guarantee a particular seat.
Our standard vehicles have no wheelchair ramp or lift, and passengers must transfer into a vehicle seat. Contact us before booking about a specialist vehicle, mobility equipment or oversized luggage so we can check whether the trip can be accommodated.
