We usually meet near the cruise terminal at the Citgo gas station and plan your return around your ship’s schedule, normally one hour before all-aboard. Add your ship and timing to the booking notes.
If your ship skips Aruba, there’s no tour charge. Any payment is refunded. Just let us know promptly.

Ask our teamHow many guests can come?
Each van has nine full passenger seats and a compact tenth seat suited to a child or smaller person. Children count toward capacity even though ages 0–12 ride free. Adults are ages 13 and up. You can reserve up to four vans, choosing the adults and children in each.
Do I have to choose every stop now?
No. Reserve your date and tour length, then decide with your guide. If you already have favorites, add them to your notes. Travel time, opening hours and time at each stop determine what is realistic.
When do I pay, and can I cancel?
Book at least 24 hours ahead in Aruba time. Your card is saved through Stripe without a payment or amount hold at checkout. Payment is collected 24 hours before the tour. Changes and cancellation are free before that cutoff; later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
If we cannot deliver the agreed service, you owe nothing and any payment is refunded in full.
How does the price change for my group?
The base is $399 for four hours and the first three adults in each van. Each extra van-hour costs $100; every adult beyond the first three adds $25 for each hour of the tour. Add 7% tax and a 2% card fee, then round down each van’s total to a whole dollar before adding vans together.
For example, four adults for four hours, or three adults for five hours, costs $543 in one van, including the 9% addition.
What about mobility needs or swimming?
Please contact us about mobility needs before booking. The van has no ramp or lift, and guests cannot stay in a wheelchair during travel. We can discuss boarding, equipment and a route with less walking.
Swimming and snorkeling are self-guided. Your driver-guide is not an in-water guide or lifeguard. Wildlife sightings and safe swimming conditions are never guaranteed.
