Ask our team
A little peace of mind
How much in advance should I book?

It is best to reserve early, particularly during high season. Allow at least 24 hours for a van tour or wellness appointment. Airport transfers, island rides and private drivers need more than 24 hours. Use Aruba local time when choosing your booking time.

Chef meals also need at least 24 hours, although chefs may be booked weeks or months in advance. Our team reviews Jeep and yacht inquiries individually. If you need something sooner, call +1 (305) 424-8326 to ask; short-notice availability is not guaranteed.

What happens after I book?

Completing checkout successfully confirms a van tour or an ordinary transfer. For transfers on December 24, 25, 31 or January 1, our team confirms availability within 24 hours instead. Outbound and return rides have separate confirmation statuses.

A massage or spa visit with one therapist can confirm immediately if it fits entirely within 7am–6pm, includes no more than eight treatment hours, and allows a one-hour break between work blocks of up to four hours. Requests for several therapists, exceptions to that schedule, and every Yoga or Pilates class are reviewed and confirmed by the team within 24 hours.

For a private chef, we first check availability and then take a 50% deposit to reserve the date. Jeep tours and yacht cruises begin as inquiries for the team to review. Receiving a quote or saving a card does not, by itself, confirm a booking.

Will I be charged in full when I book?

Saving your card at checkout does not take a payment. Stripe handles the card securely, and your complete card number is never sent to us.

Van tours and wellness: payment falls due 24 hours before the confirmed service. Transfers and private drivers: payment is due on the day of each ride. Private chef: after availability is approved, a 50% deposit is collected; the balance follows 24 hours before service.

Jeep tours: payment is due 24 hours before departure. Yacht cruises: payment is due 72 hours before departure. For both of these manually arranged services, our team will explain how to pay.

What is your cancellation policy?

Transfers: you can change or cancel without a fee until 60 minutes before pickup. After that, ordinary changes, cancellation or a no-show cost the full fare. If an airline cancels or reschedules within that period, you may reschedule the affected ride free of charge, but cancelling it is nonrefundable under the current policy. Earlier bookings retain the terms accepted when booked.

Van and Jeep tours: changes and cancellation are free before the 24-hour cutoff. Late cancellation and no-shows incur the full price. A private van tour is not charged if your cruise ship skips Aruba, and any payment is returned.

Massage, spa, Yoga and Pilates: changes and cancellation are free before the 24-hour cutoff. After that point, cancellation is nonrefundable and a change of time is subject to availability.

Yacht cruises: changes and cancellation are free before the 72-hour cutoff. Late cancellation or a no-show costs the full price. If unsafe weather prevents the cruise, you may reschedule free of charge or receive a full refund.

Private chef: cancellation more than 7 days ahead retains 25% of the total. From 7 days ahead until more than 24 hours before service, 50% is retained. At 24 hours or less, 100% is retained. Date and time changes normally need more than 72 hours’ notice and the chef’s approval.

If Aruba Your Way cancels or cannot deliver the agreed service, you owe $0 and any payment is promptly refunded in full. Cutoffs are measured in Aruba time. Your service page and the booking terms you accepted contain the full conditions.
