One therapist or several?
Choose one therapist for treatments one after another, or request multiple therapists for treatments at the same time. You can add several services to the same booking.
Eligible massage and spa visits with one therapist confirm immediately: the whole visit must fit between 7am and 6pm, with no more than eight treatment hours. A therapist can work for up to four hours continuously, then our planner allows a one-hour break before the next block. Treatments are not split across a break.
Multiple therapists, visits outside these limits, and any booking including Yoga or Pilates need our team’s availability confirmation within 24 hours. Your checkout shows which applies before you book.
Payment, changes & cancellation
Book at least 24 hours ahead, in Aruba time. No payment or amount hold is made when you save your card securely through Stripe. Your saved card is charged 24 hours before your confirmed appointment.
Changes and cancellation are free before that cutoff. Afterward, cancellation is nonrefundable and time changes depend on availability. If we cancel or cannot provide the agreed service, you owe $0 and any payment is refunded promptly in full.
