Extra-person rates apply to travelers five through nine in each van. Groups of 10–16 use two vans.

Zone 1: Palm Beach, Eagle Beach, Noord, Oranjestad, Gold Coast, Malmok, Tierra del Sol and the northern tip through California Lighthouse. Zone 2: airport area. Zone 3: Savaneta, De Palm Island, Donkey Sanctuary and Varadero. Zone 4: San Nicolas and Baby Beach.

Actual airport terminal pickups and drop-offs use the airport fares, not the island Zone 2 rate. These are broad areas: give your full addresses. Admission and ferry tickets are not included.

Prices are USD. Add 9% to each passenger van’s base fare, rounded to the nearest whole dollar, then add the van totals. Your final fare is shown before booking. Waiting, meet-and-greet and agreed hourly extensions are final extras with no further 9% added.

Choose 2–12 hours. The base is $125 per hour per passenger van, for up to nine occupants. Groups of 10–16 need two vans at two hourly rates. Add the rounded 9% per van. Two hours costs $273 for one van or $546 for two.

Fuel and parking are included. Reserved time runs from the first pickup to the last drop-off, including shopping and waiting. This is transport with a driver, not a guided sightseeing tour.

Extensions require availability and your agreement: $125 per van for each started extra hour, as a final amount. If both vans extend, it is $250 per started hour. There is no further 9% on extensions. Finishing early does not refund unused reserved time.

Choose your private driver hours

We email your driver’s name, number and meeting instructions the day before your ride. Please be ready at the agreed pickup.

If you stay in contact, waiting at a hotel or island pickup is free for 30 minutes, then $15 per started additional 30 minutes. No appearance and no response after 15 minutes can be a no-show.

A one-way fare includes neither a return nor grocery shopping. Arrange a return separately. For a prearranged dinner return, agree the approximate time and place at drop-off; give at least 30 minutes’ notice of a time change, ideally an hour.

Every traveler counts, including babies and children. There is no child or round-trip discount. Groups of 10–16 use two passenger vans, with travelers divided as evenly as possible. A Hyundai Staria is usual, but another suitable vehicle or partner van may be used.

For airport rides, 1–7 travelers use one van; 8–9 add a free overflow luggage vehicle; 10–14 use two vans; 15–16 use two vans plus the free luggage vehicle. Enter accurate bag counts and describe oversized items and mobility equipment. This is not an unlimited-luggage guarantee.

Child seats are free by arrangement. Please allow at least three business days; shorter notice depends on availability. Contact us about seating and accessibility needs before booking.

Reserve more than 24 hours ahead. All times are Aruba local time. Ordinary rides confirm after successful booking submission; December 24, 25, 31 and January 1 require availability confirmation within 24 hours. Each airport round-trip leg has its own status. Unlisted routes need an agreed price before card saving.

No payment or amount hold is made when your card is saved securely with Stripe. Payment is due on the service day of each ride.

Changes and cancellation are free until 60 minutes before the affected pickup. Later ordinary changes, cancellation and no-shows incur the full original fare. If an airline cancels or reschedules inside that window, the affected ride can be rescheduled at no extra charge, but cancellation is nonrefundable. Existing bookings keep their accepted terms.

If we cancel or cannot provide the agreed service, you owe $0 for that ride and any payment is refunded promptly in full. If we are more than 15 minutes late and you arrange other transport, you are not charged for the unprovided ride.
